Every vote counts! The annual Vapouround Awards return for their third year at May’s Vaper Expo UK
As winter gives way to spring our minds naturally wander to thoughts of the warm, summer days that (hopefully) lie ahead. But for vapers, May is about more than just the first hint of summer weather. The Vaper Expo UK will make a welcome return to the NEC in Birmingham after months of preparation. We can’t wait to see what the guys have in store for us over the weekend.
One thing we can be sure of: on the Friday, the best-and-brightest will come together for the third annual Vapouround Awards, this year sponsored by Vampire Vape.
The Blackburn-based company has supported the awards night since the beginning and we are delighted to have them on board as the overall sponsor for this year’s event.
If you attended last year’s awards ceremony you will no doubt have an idea of what to expect. Representatives from across the vaping industry coming together to honour the brands and individuals who’ve lit up the world of vaping in the past 12 months.
But an old cliché may also come to mind – expect the unexpected. 2017 saw everything from close-up magic vape tricks to unscheduled ‘attractions’ like a topless Hamish Guerrini from Riot Squad exposing what was under hit kilt…
The vaping industry evolves at a staggering pace and the Vapouround Awards are no exception. So this year, we’ve added new categories and have more public interaction than ever before.
Blogger of the Year, Vape Shop of the Year and Juice of the Year are readers awards which are open to everyone while our five Industry Awards categories are open to businesses only. All companies, manufacturers, shops, and distributors – big or small, chain or independent, can submit their votes. The Industry Awards categories are as follows: Best Brand/Marketing, Best Up and Coming Brand, Trade Show of the Year, Industry Leader and Vaper of the Year.
Voting will take place via our Vapouround Awards website for both the Readers Awards and the Industry Awards categories. A name and valid email address will be needed to vote and a company email address will be required to vote for the industry categories.
Voting closes on the 1st of April so make sure you visit the awards website in time to get your voice heard and celebrate all those who make the vaping industry a pleasure to be a part of.
Finally for the juice and mod categories, please note that the deadline for your entries to be submitted is March 1 to allow time for the judging process to be completed so be sure to get your entries in before the deadline.
